For the fourth quarter, the company reported sales was USD 20.39 million compared to USD 19.96 million a year ago. Net loss was USD 29.28 million compared to USD 0.944668 million a year ago. Basic loss per share from continuing operations was USD 0.14.

Rumble Cloud is an infrastructure as a service (IaaS) offering consisting of a portfolio of compute, storage, security, and networking offerings.
