RUDEN HOLDINGS Co., Ltd. is mainly engaged in total life care service business. The Company operates through three business segments. The House Care segment is engaged in operation of exhibitions and completion inspection for its developers and management companies, as well as provision of coating services for the ceiling, walls and other living space including bathroom, lavatory and kitchen surroundings of the new housing. The Building Integrated Management segment is in provision of building maintenance services, including cleaning, facility, security and upkeep management activities for buildings. The Comprehensive Real Estate segment is engaged in planning, development and distribution of residential condominiums and investment apartments for end users.
