MRSK Tsentra i Privolzh'ya : PJSC "Russian grids" has assigned a rating of "Developed corporate governance practice"

Non-commercial partnership 'Russian Institute of Directors' assessed the corporate governance practices of OJSC 'rosseti' on the methodology of the National corporate governance rating (NRKU).

The evaluation was conducted in four components: shareholders ' rights, activity of management bodies and control, information disclosure, corporate social responsibility and sustainable development. As a result, JSC 'rosseti' is rated at 7++ 'Developed corporate governance practice'.

This shows that the company complies with the requirements of the Russian legislation is characterized by a high level of corporate governance and low risk of losses of owners related to quality management, in particular, should a significant number of recommendations of the Russian corporate governance Code.
