OPERATIONAL PREVIEW 4Q22
RECORD NET SALES of R$738 million in 2022, 25% higher than in 2021;
AVERAGE PRICE INCREASE of 11% for Casa Verde e Amarela Program products in 2022 in relation to 2021, from R$175k to R$194k. In 4Q22, average price increase was 10.7% in relation to 4Q21, from R$180k to R$200k;
RECORD UNITS FINANCED of R$525 million in 2022, up 124% from 2021. Units financed in 4Q22 totaled R$145 million, 36% higher than in 4Q21;
RECORD LAUNCHES of R$776 million in 2022, 2% higher than in 2021. Launches in 4Q22 totaled R$301 million, up 7% from 4Q21. The company ended the year 2022 with more than R$500 million in PSV of projects approved and ready for launch;
PSV of LANDBANK stood at R$6.9 billion in 4Q22, increasing 1% from 4Q21, 100% of which were acquired through financial swaps and 84% were allocated to PCVA products..
São José do Rio Preto, January 18, 2022: RNI Negócios Imobiliários (B3: RDNI3) announces its preliminar unaudited operating results for the fourth quarter of 2022.

LAUNCHES
In 4Q22, the Company launched three projects i) RNI Moradas Jardins Vicente Bissoni, a horizontal SBPE product launched in Rondonópolis/MT, ii) RNI Origem Pelotas, a horizontal SBPE product launched in Pelotas/RS and iii) Moradas da Serra, a horizontal PCVA launched in Pacatuba/CE, totaling R$301 million in PSV, 7% higher than in 4Q21.
In 2022, PSV Launched came to R$776 million, 2% higher than in 2021.

CONTRACTED SALES
In 4Q22, contracted net sales amounted to PSV of R$159 million.
Inventory Turnover Ratio (VSO) declined from 3Q22 (as expected) due to the three launches at the end of 4Q22, but should stabilize early next year at 20%.
Average price of products in the Casa Verde e Amarela Program at the end of 2022 increased 11% on average compared to 2021, from R$175k to R$194k, and increased 10.7% in 4Q22 vs. 4Q21, from R$180k to R$200k.
We ended 2022 with record net sales amounting to PSV of R$738 million, 15% higher than in 2021.
The highlights were the projects RNI Origem do Sol (1st and 2nd phase), RNI Reserva Blumenau and RNI Origem Jardins Versalhes, all totaling net sales of R$220 million in the year.
