Rightway Holdings Co.,Ltd. announced earnings results for the nine months ended September 30, 2020. For the nine months, the company announced sales was CNY 494.783 million compared to CNY 1,074.585 million a year ago. Operating loss was CNY 154.738 million compared to operating Income of CNY 6.808 million a year ago. Net loss was CNY 150.542 million compared to net income of CNY 9.895 million a year ago. Basic loss per share from continuing operations was CNY 0.0997 compared to basic earnings per share from continuing operations of CNY 0.0066 a year ago.
Rightway Holdings Co Ltd, formerly Sichuan Guodong Construction Co Ltd, is a China-based company principally engaged in the business of new material manufacturing and industry-city integration. The Company primarily operates its businesses through four segments. The Manufacturing Business segment is mainly engaged in the production and sales of fiberboards. The Zhengyuan International Hui Project segment mainly invests in the construction of the Shuangliu Zhengyuan International Hui Industry and City Integration Project. The Service Business segment is mainly engaged in hotel management business. The Engineering Business segment is mainly engaged in construction and installation business. Through its subsidiary, the Company is also engaged in financial investment business.
