FURTHER DELAY IN DESPATCH OF CIRCULAR

References are made to the announcement of Glory Sun Financial Group Limited (the ''Company'') dated 10 July 2019 (the ''Announcement'') in relation to the Subscription, the announcement of the Company dated 31 July 2019 in relation to the delay in despatch of circular, the announcement of the Company dated 15 August 2019 in relation to the further delay in despatch of circular, the announcement of the company dated 6 September 2019 in relation to the further delay in despatch of circular and the announcement of the Company dated 20 September 2019 in relation to the further delay in despatch of circular (the ''Further Delay Announcement''). Unless otherwise defined, capitalised terms used in this announcement shall have the same meanings as those defined in the Announcement.

As stated in the Further Delay Announcement, it was expected that the circular in relation to the Subscription will be despatched to the shareholders of the Company on or before 4 October 2019.

As additional time is required to finalise certain information to be included in the circular, it is expected that the circular will be despatched on or before 11 October 2019.
