RENOVA, Inc. announced consolidated non-audited earnings results for the fiscal year ending March 31, 2019. For the period, the company reported net sales of JPY 14,098 million. Operating profit was JPY 5,025 million. Profit was JPY 1,659 million. Basic earnings per share was JPY 22.25. Diluted earnings per share was JPY 21.08.
For the year ending March 31, 2020, the company, expects net sales to be JPY 17,500 million. Operating profit to be JPY 5,700 million. Basic earnings per share to be JPY 27.83. Profit attributable to owners of parent to be JPY 2,100 million.
RENOVA, Inc. is a Japan-based company mainly engaged in renewable energy generation business and the development and management of renewable energy business. With its subsidiaries, the Company operates power generation business. The Company has three business segments. Renewable Energy Power Generation develops electricity sales business by operating renewable energy power plants, including large scale solar power generation, wind power generation and biomass power generation. Renewable Energy Development and Management supports establishment and opening of a new renewable energy power plant and supports operation after opening. Plastics Recycling manufactures and sells recycled plastics.
