Director Appointment

Renew (AIM: RNWH), the Engineering Services Group suppor ng UK infrastructure, announces the appointment of Stephanie Hazell as a Non-Executive Director with effect from 1st March 2020.

Stephanie has over 20 years' relevant experience working in high profile businesses including PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP, Orange SA, Virgin Management Ltd and Na onal Grid Plc where she held the posi on of Director, Strategy and Corporate Development. She is an Industrial Partner at Infracapital and a Non-Executive Director for a number of their investments.

In addi on, Stephanie's strategic experience across the infrastructure sector will assist in the development and delivery of the Group's established strategy."

Stephanie does not hold any shares in the Group.
