Renew (AIM: RNWH), the Engineering Services Group suppor ng UK infrastructure, confirms that the Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 30 September 2019, the No ce of the Annual General Mee ng and a Form of Proxy were posted to shareholders on 20 December 2019.

The Annual General Meeting is to be held on Wednesday 29 January 2020 at 11.00am at Thorpe Park Hotel, 1150 Century Way, Thorpe Park, Leeds LS15 8ZB.
