Rambler Metals & Mining PLC - Richmond, England-based, Canada-focused mining and development company - Pauses operations pending the delivery of "key supplies" to its Ming copper-gold mine. The mine is a fully operational base and precious metals processing facility on the Baie Verte peninsula in Canada. Says all operations will stop on Friday. Plans to recommence operations on or before Friday next week. Says the mine will be "fully maintained" through this period. Notes that the decision was made as its continues with discussions around its financial restructuring.

Earlier in February, Rambler said its financial position remains uncertain, after it failed to deliver refined gold under its agreement with Elemental Altus. Ramber said it is in discussion with several groups as it seeks to restructure its finances. It didn't specify who those groups were.
