Rambler Metals and Mining plc is a mining and development company. The Ming Mine is located in Canada, on Newfoundland and Labrador's Baie Verte Peninsula. The Ming Mine ore bodies are hosted in felsic volcaniclastics and rhyolitic tuffs of the Cambrian Rambler Rhyolite formation. Its Nugget Pond milling facility is located on the Baie Verte Peninsula approximately 40 kilometers (kms) from the Ming Mine site. Its Goodyear's Cove is a fully integrated concentrate storage and shipping facility located just 140 kms from the Nugget Pond Mill. Its Little Deer Complex is approximately ten kilometers from the town of Springdale, Newfoundland and Labrador. The Little Deer Complex is a copper-rich volcanogenic sulphide deposit within the Newfoundland Appalachians.
