Rallybio Corporation is a clinical-stage biotechnology company engaged in developing and commercializing life-transforming therapies for patients with severe and rare diseases. It has a pipeline of product candidates aimed at addressing diseases with unmet medical needs in the areas of maternal fetal health, complement dysregulation, hematology, and metabolic disorders. Its second C5 inhibitor, RLYB114, is a pegylated C5-targeted Affibody molecule with PK properties designed for the treatment of complement-mediated ophthalmic diseases.
