Subject: Change of issue dates of financial reports in 2021 [Current Report No. 16/2021]

Further to Current Report No. 6/2021 of January 20th 2021 announcing the dates of issue of periodic reports by the Company in 2021, the Management Board of RAFAKO S.A. w restrukturyzacji (in restructuring) of Racibórz (the "Company") announces a change of the date of issue of the separate and consolidated full-year reports for 2020, containing the separate and consolidated financial statements for 2020, originally due to be published on April 23rd 2021.

The separate and consolidated full-year report for 2020, containing the separate and consolidated financial statements for 2020, released to the public on April 29th 2021.

The other issue dates for periodic reports in 2021, as specified in Current Report No. 6/2021 of January 20th 2021 referred to above, remain unchanged.

Legal basis:

Par. 80.2 of the Minister of Finance's Regulation on current and periodic information to be published by issuers of securities and conditions for recognition as equivalent of information whose disclosure is required under the laws of a non-member state, dated March 29th 2018 (Dz.U. of 2018, item 757).
