QCR Holdings, Inc. reported earnings results for the fourth quarter and full year ended December 31, 2023. For the fourth quarter, the company reported net interest income was USD 55.74 million compared to USD 65.22 million a year ago. Net income was USD 32.86 million compared to USD 30.91 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share from continuing operations was USD 1.96 compared to USD 1.83 a year ago. Diluted earnings per share from continuing operations was USD 1.95 compared to USD 1.81 a year ago.
For the full year, net interest income was USD 221.01 million compared to USD 231.12 million a year ago. Net income was USD 113.56 million compared to USD 99.07 million a year ago. The Companyâs principal business consists of attracting deposits and investing those deposits in loans/leases and securities. The Company is also engaged in direct financing lease contracts and equipment financing agreements through m2, a wholly owned subsidiary of QCBT based in Waukesha, Wisconsin. It is also engaged in wealth management services through its banking subsidiaries. It also provides a range of commercial and retail lending/leasing and investment services to corporations, partnerships, individuals, and government agencies.
