Promotora de Informaciones, S.A, or PRISA, has appointed Ignacio Soto to the position of chief revenue officer, or CRO, entrusted with promoting the development of new businesses and the transformation of the group's sales and digital monetization models, both nationally and internationally. Reporting directly to the CEO, Jose Luis Sainz, he will drive the diversification of new business across the different units of the Group. He will focus on developing the most appropriate business strategies and on accelerating innovation in all markets. He will also develop the growth strategy for non-advertising digital revenues based on new monetization models, by leveraging technology, innovation and digital marketing. Soto was till now managing director of PRISA Noticias.
Promotora de Informaciones SA (PRISA) is a Spain-based company primarily engaged in the consumer publishing sector.
