PRISA announced that Xavier Pujol Tobena has been appointed company secretary of company and Board of Directors, report from both the Appointments and Remuneration and Corporate Governance Committees. In his new position, as well the corporate duties entailed in the post, as Chief Legal Officer. After 17 years of service and commitment to the Group, outgoing secretary Antonio Garcia-Mon Maranes has resigned. The Board of Directors has expressed its gratitude and appreciation to Garcia-Mon for his dedication and performance at PRISA. Pujol was named deputy company secretary of PRISA in 2014, a position he has till now combined with that of secretary of the Board of PRISA Radio and general counsel in the press and radio units. Since October 2014 he has been deputy secretary of the Board of Directors of PRISA, as well as general counsel in the press and radio units.
