KOPEX : Signing of an implementing agreement within consortium on supply of longwall system to Nowe Brzeszcze Coal Mine

Subject: Signing of an implementing agreement within consortium on supply of longwall system to Nowe Brzeszcze Coal Mine.

In addition to the information given under the current report RB85/2016 on signing the agreement within consortium on supply of longwall system to Nowe Brzeszcze Coal Mine, the Management Board of KOPEX SA informs on signing of an implementing agreement between the members of the Consortium, i.e. FAMUR SA and KOPEX Machinery SA - the Issuer's subsidiary (the Agreement).

The subject of the Implementing Agreement is determination of division of responsibility between the parties of the Consortium upon the implementation of the Agreement concluded with the Orderer, i.e. Nowe Brzeszcze Coal Mine Grupa Tauron sp. z o.o., of which the Issuer has informed in the current report RB85/2016.

Due to the complex situation of the KOPEX Group, including restructuring and current possibilities of financing for works carried out, the parties of the Consortium agreed that the value of works entrusted to KOPEX Machinery SA within the implementation of the agreement will amount to PLN net 5 million and will be carried out on the material supplied.
