(Alliance News) - Pozzi Milano Spa announced Friday that it has signed a license agreement with a subsidiary of AbitareIn Spa aimed at licensing the use of the "Pozzi" brand in the real estate sector.

As the company explains, "this new license marks an important milestone in Pozzi Milano's strategic expansion, allowing the company to expand its presence also in the real estate sector and further extend its footprint in the domestic market."

"Pozzi Milano, through its subsidiary Pozzi Brand Diffusion, continues to pursue a targeted and diversified growth strategy, focusing on the expansion of its brands and the creation of synergies with key and high standing partners such as AbitareIn."

Rinaldo Denti, managing director of Pozzi Brand Diffusion, said, "We are excited to announce this new licensing agreement with AbitareIn, an undisputed leader in the Milan real estate scene. This collaboration represents an extraordinary opportunity for both companies to combine their expertise and create projects that are a tribute to Italian excellence in design and architecture."

Fabio Sanzogni, managing director and vice president of Pozzi Milano, added, "I am extremely pleased with this collaboration promoted by our subsidiary, as the real estate sector perfectly complements our core business of tableware. This partnership offers the opportunity to create significant synergies, with the creation of custom-made tableware products."

Marco Grillo, managing director of AbitareIn, explained, "Pozzi Milano 1876 represents an icon as the first Italian fashion brand. Castello Pozzi, the historic headquarters of the brand, is today one of the symbolic monuments of the city of Milan as an architectural structure in Art Nouveau-Déco style, designed by renowned Italian architect Livio Cossutti. In this context, we intend to contribute to creating works inspired by the values of beauty, class and style, adapting them to our contemporary era and enriching it with services and comforts."

"Our primary goal always remains one: to generate value for all our stakeholders, we therefore wish to leave an indelible legacy in the area, celebrating history and enhancing neighborhoods for the benefit of the Milanese community. This agreement fits perfectly into this vision and the spirit that has always guided AbitareIn in its constructive commitment to quality also made of values."
