Polestar opens brand experience center in Coral Gables, MiamiDade County, Florida

MAHWAH, N.J. - March 12, 2024. Polestar, the Swedish performance electric car brand, announces the opening of a new brand experience center at 336 Miracle Mile, Coral Gables, FL 33134. This is Polestar's first brand activation center and the fifth Polestar location in Florida to date.

As electric vehicle registrations continue to increase in Florida, surpassing 220,000 as of mid2023, residents of the "City Beautiful" are seeking out additional premium EV purchasing options. Coral Gables, a renowned destination known for its luxury shopping options and historical landmarks, is the ideal location for Polestar to expand its footprint in South Florida.

"Coral Gables, along with the greater MiamiDade County area, is an incredible representation of when historical beauty meets the latest in cuttingedge technology a synergy that aligns entirely with Polestar's vision," said Gregor Hembrough, Head of Polestar North America. "We look forward to introducing the Polestar 2 fastback, our allnew electric SUV Polestar 3, and later this year, our SUV coupe Polestar 4, to the local community."

Building on Polestar's established network of retail locations, which embody the brand's signature design cues and a premium digitalforward sales approach, this brand experience center in Coral Gables offers locals a handson experience with the vehicles and test drives with expert Polestar Specialists.

In all Polestar Spaces, customers can now get a firsthand look at Polestar 3, the electric performance SUV, which features an expertlytuned suspension, true torque vectoring, and a low center of gravity for responsive handling and ultimate road stability. Polestar 3 is available to order now on Polestar.com with deliveries set to begin later this summer. Polestar 4, the electric SUV coupe, will be arriving in Spaces and available to order soon, with deliveries planned for the fourth quarter.

Customers can also test drive and learn about the allelectric Polestar 2 fastback, which has a NHTSA 5star safety rating and saw the world debut of Google's Android Automotive OS infotainment system. Polestar 2 qualifies for the $7,500 Polestar Clean Vehicle Incentive when leased.

Polestar also recently introduced a new flexible lease program offered by Polestar Financial Services in the United States.** The Polestar Flexible Lease program allows customers flexibility and convenience to suit their specific vehicle needs. Unlike a traditional lease offer, the Polestar Flexible Lease program provides customers - after just five months and five payments - the flexibility to either keep their lease or optout. This provides customers the ultimate flexibility to live with their Polestar vehicle on their own terms. The flexible lease is offered on all available models of the Polestar 2 fastback.

The opening of Polestar Coral Gables is part of the brand's continued expansion across the United States, with additional locations set to open in top cities nationwide this year.

Ends.

*$7,500 Polestar Clean Vehicle incentive is available for qualified customers that lease a new, untitled Polestar 2 and meet Polestar Financial Services (PFS) credit standards.
