Poddar Pigments Limited informed that the Board of Directors of the Company have, inter-alia, considered, approved and declared an Interim Dividend of INR. 3.50/- per Equity Share i.e. 35% on face value of INR. 10/per share for the financial year 2022-23.
The Interim Dividend will be paid within 30 days from the declaration of Interim Dividend, subject to applicable taxes, in terms of the relevant provisions of the Companies Act, 2013.
