Platinum Capital Limited announced that Mr. Bruce Coleman, has given notice of his resignation as a non-executive director of the Company and the chair of the Board, effective 31 March 2018. The Company advised that Ms. Margaret Towers will join the Board as a non-executive director of the Company and chair of the Board, effective 31 March 2018. Ms. Towers (CA, GAICD) has over 35 years' experience operating at board and senior management levels, within the wealth management and investment banking sectors of the Australian financial markets. Ms. Towers has also previously been a non-executive director of Platinum Asset Management Limited, chair of PTM's Audit, Risk and Compliance Committee and a member of PTM's Nomination and Remuneration Committee.
