13/2017: Release dates for periodic reports in 2017 − update

The Management Board of PBG S.A. (the 'Company' or 'PBG' ) announces that the release dates for the periodic reports to be issued in 2017 have been changed:

a) Full-year separate financial statements for 2016 will be released on March 27th 2017,

b) Consolidated annual report of the PBG Group for 2016 will be released on March 27th 2017.

In Current Report No. 5/2017 of January 31st 2017, the Company had announced the following release dates:

a) Full-year separate financial statements for 2016: March 21st 2017,

b) Consolidated annual report of the PBG Group for 2016: March 21st 2017.

Thus, the release dates for the PBG financial reports in 2017 will be as follows:

a) Consolidated quarterly reports containing condensed separate quarterly financial statements:

Q1 2017: May 30th 2017;
Q3 2017: November 29th 2017

The Company's Management Board reports that no quarterly report for Q2 and Q4 2017 will be published, as permitted under Par. 101.2 of the Minister of Finance's Regulation of February 19th 2009.

b) Interim condensed separate financial statements of PBG for H1 2017: September 30th 2017,

c) Interim condensed consolidated financial statements of the PBG Group for H1 2017: September 30th 2017,

d) Full-year separate financial statements for 2016: March 27th 2017,

e) Consolidated annual report of the PBG Group for 2016: March 27th 2017.
