Park Systems Corp. is a Korea-based company mainly engaged in the manufacture of atomic force microscopes (AFMs). The Company's product portfolio consists of research equipments including Park NX10, Park NX20, Park XE7, Park XE15 and others; industrial AFMs including Park NX-Hivac, Park HDM series, Park PTR series, Park Wafer series, Park 3DM series and others; bio AFMS including Park NX-Bio, Park NX10 scanning ion conductance microscopes (SICMs) and others and research and industrial accessories. The Company distributes its products within domestic market and to overseas markets.
