Solvay Argentina S.A. said that its planning to sell the stake of Solvay Indupa S.A.I.C. Jean-Pierre Clamadieu, Solvay Argentina S.A.'s Chief Executive Officer has confirmed the reports. According to unnamed sources, Mexichem SAB de CV (BMV:MEXCHEM) may be interested in acquiring the assets.
