2. Reason
Our basic policy for returning profits is to pay dividends linked to business performance while maintaining a stable
dividend. While giving consideration to the balance with internal reserves necessary for business investment for growth expansion, we will enhance returns to shareholders while taking into account the business environment, financial condition, and other factors.
As stated in the dividend forecast, the year-end dividend will be ¥28.00 per share. In accordance with the Articles of Incorporation, dividends of retained earnings are determined by resolution of the Board of Directors.
