Glass Lewis Supports OnTheMarket Takeover Deal

On November 28, 2023, Independent proxy advisory firm Glass Lewis announced that it has backed CoStar?s £99m takeover of OnTheMarket plc following the backing of independent proxy advisor ISS, Glass Lewis recommended the shareholders of the Company to vote for the deal at the special/extraordinary general of shareholders to be held on December 4, 2023.
