Omico Corporation is a Philippines-based company, whose main business activities are mining exploration and property development. It is also engaged in the business of real estate development. It is mainly engaged in the business of the development of real property on its own or in joint venture with other real property developers. It has two segments: mining exploration and property development. The mining exploration segment is engaged in the marketing and sale of real estate and evaluation of future development of other real estate properties. The property development segment comprises of Sta. Rosa Homes, Tagaytay City Property, and Urdaneta Property. The Sta. Rosa Homes project is located in Bgy. Lourdes, Sta. Rosa, Nueva Ecija which is an approximately 14.8 hectares residential project. The Company, through a joint venture with Robinsons Land Corporation, develops three parcels of land located in Tagaytay City with approximate land area of approximately 9,372 square meters.
