A Final Dividend of N2.54Kobo per ordinary share, subject to appropriate withholding tax and approval, will be paid to shareholders whose names appear in the Register of Members as at the close of business on Friday 10th May 2024.

The Register of Shareholders to be closed from Monday 13th May 2024 to Wednesday 15th May 2023.

Qualification Date

Friday 10th May 2024.

Payment Date

On Friday 24th May 2024, dividends will be paid electronically to shareholders whose names appear on the Register of Members as at Friday 10th May 2024.
