Nextgen,Inc. (JASDAQ:3842) announced a private placement to issue 500,000 shares at issue price of ¥1,653 per share for gross proceeds of ¥826,500,000 on December 20, 2019. The transaction will include participation from returning investor, Kyowa Exeo Corporation (TSE:1951) for 422,000 shares for gross proceeds of ¥697,566,000 and Takacom Corporation for 78,000 shares for gross proceeds of ¥128,934,000. The transaction is through third party allotment.

The transaction has been approved by the board of directors of the company. The transaction is expected to close on January 10, 2020.
