Minutes of the Fiscal Council's Meeting
held on April 24, 2024
Date, time and place: On April 24, 2024, at 11:00 AM, at the head office of
Multiplan Empreendimentos Imobiliários S.A. ("Company"), in the City and State of Rio de Janeiro, at Avenida das Américas, 4.200, block 2, suite 501, Barra da Tijuca, with videoconference attendance.
Call notice and attendance: Meeting called in accordance with the Fiscal
Council's Internal Rules, with the attendance of the totality, pursuant to Article 6 of said Rules. Also attending the meeting were the representatives of the Company's independent auditors, KPMG Auditores Independentes Ltda. ("Independent Auditors"), Mr. Pedro Kessler de Freitas Carvalho, the executive officers of the Company, Messrs.
Armando d'Almeida Neto and Hans Christian Melchers, Ms. Andréia Grain de Freitas
Jorge, Account Manager.
Presiding Board: Chairman: Mr. Vitor Rogério da Costa; Secretary: Mr. Marcelo Vianna Soares Pinho.
4. Agenda: Discuss about the Company's quarterly financial information (ITR) related to the first quarter ended March 31, 2024.
Resolutions: In view of the presentations and clarifications provided by the Company's Management and Independent Auditors, including the draft of the report of the aforementioned auditors without reservations on the revision of the quarterly information, duly made available to the directors via the electronic system "Box", dated April 25, 2024, the members of the Fiscal Council discussed, without caveat, the draft of Company's individual and consolidated quarterly financial information (ITR) related to the first quarter ended March 31, 2024.
Closing, Drawing Up, and Approval of the Minutes: With no further issue to be addressed, the meeting was closed, of which the present minutes were drawn up in the proper book, which were read, approved and duly signed electronically by the
members of the Fiscal Council's effective members. (a.a.) Vitor Rogério da Costa (Chairman), Ian de Porto Alegre Muniz and Carlos Alberto Alvahydo de Ulhôa Canto.
This is a true copy of the minutes drawn up in the proper book.
