MUGUNGHWA INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY CO., LTD. Mugunghwa Information Technology Co., Ltd. (KOSDAQ:A038340) agreed to acquire 32.7896% stake in ITS Corporation Ltd. from SP No. 1 Private Equity Partnership for KRW 2.8 billion on May 10, 2023. Transaction is expected to close on June 16, 2023.
As of June 16, 2023, the transfer amount is KRW 2,889,662,600 and the expected closing date of transaction is August 16, 2023. AS on July 12, 2023, the terms of the deal revised to KRW 2,845,587,180 and the transaction is expected to complete on July 12, 2023.
