Peter Ganz, Management Board member with responsibility for the Shipping unit of MPC Capital AG (Deutsche B-rse Scale, ISIN DE000A1TNWJ4), will be leaving the MPC Münchmeyer Petersen Capital AG when his contract expires at the end of the year. Constantin Baack will be responsible for the Shipping division. Peter Ganz will continue to support the company in an advisory capacity after his exit.
