Mothercare plc Appoints Daniel Le Vesconte to the Board, Effective on 16 January 2023

MGB is presented in stores and online through a network of global franchise partners who operate approximately 700 dedicated Mothercare stores in 36 countries around the world. Its product categories include clothing & footwear and home & travel. Its clothing product comprises clothing for infants and children from the ages of 0-8 years and up to 10 in some international markets. It also includes maternity apparel, featuring functionality and comfort. Its home and travel product category includes car seats, buggy and pushchair systems, bedding, soft furnishings and furniture, bathing products, highchairs, feeding products and baby monitors.
