Mobile Factory, Inc. (TSE:3912) entered into a share transfer agreement to acquire a 82.86% stake in Suishow, Inc. from Natsuki Kataoka, East Ventures 4 Investment Limited Partnership, Yuki Tachikawa, Waseda BRAVE Acceleration Fund and Brian Jaehun Yun for approximately ¥820 million on May 30, 2023. Prior to these transaction, Natsuki Kataoka, East Ventures 4 Investment Limited Partnership, Yuki Tachikawa, Waseda BRAVE Acceleration Fund and Brian Jaehun Yun held 82.26%, 12.25%, 3.43%, 1.03% and 1.03% stake in Suishow, respectively. Upon closing of both transactions, Mobile Factory, Inc. will own a 100% stake in Suishow, making it a wholly owned subsidiary.
Mobile Factory,Inc. is a Japan-based company mainly engaged in mobile service. The Company provides social application service and contents service. Social Application Service is focus on delivering services of game application through SNS platforms and application markets. Contents Service mainly provides sites, such as ringer melody and divination sites, which are operated by telecommunication carriers.
