Purpose of Renewal

We have been developing SustainaLink since 2021, and as of the end of January 2024, we have calculated approximately 10 million cases in the field of logistics CO2 emissions.

Meanwhile, the challenges in our customers' supply chains, including compliance with domestic and international environmental regulations and responses to the 2024 problem, are becoming increasingly apparent, emphasizing the growing importance of addressing these concerns.

Against this backdrop, we have revamped the SustainaLink website with the goal of enhancing this service to embody the MITSUI-SOKO Group's Purpose: Empower society, encourage progress. By increasing awareness and adoption of SustainaLink among our customers, we strive to address both their business and social challenges effectively.

Key Points of Renewal

  1. Enhancement of the content
    • Enhancement of the content, including columns and downloadable materials
    • Continuous content updates to provide new information
  2. Improvement of usability
    • Site design revamp
    • An easy-to-navigate design enabling quick access to desired pages, like content and contact information

The MITSUI-SOKO Group will continue to expand its services, aiming to help solve social issues, thereby creating new value and contributing to the realization of a sustainable society.

*SustainaLink is a service that helps customers build sustainable supply chains by taking a three-step approach: "know," "visualize," and "improve" risks related to environmental, labor, and disaster (BCP: Business Continuity Plan) in their supply chains.
