Grimaldi Euromed S.p.A., Minoan Lines Shipping S.A. and Investment Construction Commercial and Industrial SA agreed to acquire 67% stake in Igoumenitsa Port Authority S.A. from Hellenic Republic Asset Development Fund S.A. for €84.2 million.

Minoan Lines SA is a Greece-based shipping company. The main activity of the Company is high-speed ferry passenger transportation serving both domestic and international sea routes. It serves domestic routes between the 14 ports in Greece, including Corfu, Heraklion, Mykonos, Piraeus, Santorini, and others, and also covers connections between Greece and the Italian port of Ancona. The Company owns a fleet of four vessels and acts as General Sales Agent in Greece for four more vessels. The Company is also engaged in the acquisition and utilization of vessels for passenger and cargo shipping on domestic and foreign routes. Moreover, it operates in the related sectors of roll on/roll off services, tourism, e-commerce and information technology.
