Mincon : Finland Joins Project to Bring Entertaining Rugs to Local Daycare Centres

Mincon Finland recently contributed to an effort to bring entertaining and engaging road map-style rugs to local daycare centres.

Drawn in an amusing cartoon style by a professional illustrator, the rug features local streets and sections from participating businesses that reflect their operations.

Mincon's section is featured near the middle and shows the delivery of drilling equipment to a construction site.

The design features numerous details that will keep young eyes exploring for hours while helping while helping children with attention disorders slow down and focus.

In all, the project delivered rugs to about 60 daycares in the Finnish towns of Ylöjärvi - the home of Mincon Finland - as well as Nokia and Lempäälä.

Hannu Aspelin, Marketing Coordinator for Mincon Finland, said:

"We are really excited to be involved with this project as the carpet is giving many children a lot of fun and playtime activity. Hundreds of local daycare children are going now able to run a construction site with Mincon equipment!"
