RESIGNATION OF JOINT COMPANY SECRETARY

The board of directors (the "Board") of Miko International Holdings Limited (the "Company") announces that Ms. Lu Yanping ("Ms. Lu") has resigned as a joint company secretary of the Company with effect from 8 October 2019.

Ms. Lu has confirmed that he has no disagreement with the Board and there are no matters relating to her resignation that need to be brought to the attention of the shareholders of the Company and The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited (the "Stock Exchange").

The other joint company secretary of the Company, Mr. Pang Wing Hong ("Mr. Pang"), meets the requirement to act as the company secretary of the Company under Rule 3.28 of the Rules Governing the Listing of Securities on the Stock Exchange. Following the resignation of Ms. Lu, Mr. Pang will act as the sole company secretary of the Company.

The Company would like to express its sincere gratitude to Ms. Lu for her contribution to the Company during her tenure of office.
