MFC Industrial Real Estate Investment Trust Completes Its Investment Acquiring 100% Ownership of APUK Company Limited

MFC Industrial Real Estate Investment Trust (the Trust) is a Thailand-based real estate investment trust (REIT). The Trust’s objective is to raise capital from public investors, to purchase all common shares of APUK Limited located in Guernsey, the United Kingdom, which holds the ownership of warehouse property in London, the United Kingdom, that has been developed into Data Center and generated benefits from such property in which the Trust invests or possess whatsoever lease, or other process for the benefits of the property. The objectives include both direct and indirect investments in various instruments, along with other real estate investments. MFC Asset Management Public Company Limited is the manager of the Trust and One Asset Management Limited acts as the trustee. E3 Ops UK Limited acts as the property manager.
