Announcement of Conformance to Continued Listing Criteria of "Prime Market" in Tokyo Stock Exchange New Market Segments and of Selection and Application for "Prime Market"
Menicon Co, Ltd. (hereinafter, the "Company") received a notification regarding a result of initial assessment of compliance with the continued listing criteria of the new market segments from Tokyo Stock Exchange, Inc. on July 9, 2021 and confirmed that the Company met the criteria of Prime Market. The Company hereby announces that its board of directors has resolved at a meeting held on August 12, 2021 to select Prime Market as a market segment to which the Company will belong on the transition date of April 4, 2022 and apply to Tokyo Stock Exchange, Inc. to that effect.
