The Company is engaged in the provision of a series of M&A services for companies wishing to transfer and companies wishing to acquire, such as adjustment of alliance conditions, preparation of contract documents and execution of transactions. The Company receives reward from both the transferees and the acquirers through adjusting the alliance conditions from a neutral standpoint, as well as receives reward only from the transferees or acquirers through supporting the transferees or acquirers. The Company is also engaged in the company evaluation business, the contract documents preparation support business, the consulting business and other M&A business.
