At the 30th Ordinary Shareholders' Meeting of the shareholders held on April 24th, 2024, the distribution of a dividend amounting to EUR 1.50 per dividend-bearing share was resolved for the financial year 2023. Accordingly, an amount of EUR 1.50 less 27.5% withholding tax is payable on each dividend-bearing share, unless a tax exemption from the collection of withholding tax is provided for.

The distribution of the dividend will take place starting on May 8th, 2024 via a credit entry made at the respective depositary bank.
