PARECER DO CONSELHO FISCAL

O Conselho Fiscal examinou as Demonstrações Financeiras e correspondentes Notas Explicativas, o Relatório Anual da Administração e o Relatório dos Auditores Independentes referentes ao exercício social encerrado em 31 de dezembro de 2022. O Conselho Fiscal, ao longo do exercício, acompanhou os trabalhos de reporte da Companhia por intermédio de entrevistas e solicitações de esclarecimentos sobre o entendimento das questões contábeis, patrimoniais e de gestão relevantes, em sessões com representantes da Administração da Companhia sobre: a) as divulgações aos acionistas; b) os informes trimestrais com a participação dos Auditores Independentes; c) o teste de Impairment dos Ativos Fixos, Intangíveis e Fiscal Diferido; d) o Purchase Price Allocation - PPA e memorial técnico que embasaram a consolidação da BRF S.A. no balanço da Companhia a partir do 2T22, de acordo com os Pronunciamentos Técnicos CPC 15 (R1) - Combinação de Negócios e CPC 36 (R3) - Demonstrações Consolidadas; e) a maturidade de segurança da informação da Companhia e possíveis ameaças cibernéticas; f) as atividades e plano da Auditoria Interna; g) planos de recompra e cancelamento de ações; e h) distribuição de dividendos. CONCLUSÃO: Com base nesses trabalhos e evidências e à vista dos entendimentos mantidos e do Relatório sem ressalvas emitido pela Grant Thornton Auditores Independentes, os conselheiros fiscais opinam, por unanimidade de votos, que as Demonstrações Financeiras e correspondentes Notas Explicativas e o Relatório Anual da Administração, relativos ao exercício social findo em 31 de dezembro de 2022, estão adequadamente apresentados e em condições de serem apreciados pelos acionistas da Companhia, quando da Assembleia Geral Ordinária.

OPINION OF THE FISCAL COUNCIL

The Fiscal Council has examined the Financial Statements and corresponding Explanatory Notes, the Annual Management Report, and the Independent Auditors' Report referring to the fiscal year ended December 31, 2022. The Fiscal Council, throughout the fiscal year, has monitored the Company's reporting activities through interviews and requests for clarifications on the understanding of relevant accounting, equity and management questions, in sessions held with representatives of the Company's Managemen, regarding: a) reports to shareholders;

1. quarterly statements with the participation of the Independent Auditors; c) the Fixed Assets, Intangible Assets and Deferred Tax Assets Impairment Test; d) the Purchase Price Allocation - PPA and technical memorial that supported the consolidation of BRF S. A. in the Company's balance sheet as of 2Q22, in accordance with Technical Pronouncements CPC 15 (R1) - Business Combination and CPC 36 (R3) - Consolidated Statements; e) the maturity of the
   Company's information security and possible cybernetics threats; f) Internal Audit activities and plan; g) the stock buyback program and cancellation of shares; and h) dividend distribution. CONCLUSION: Based on these works and evidences, and considering the understandings applied and the the Opinion without reservations issued by Grant Thornton Independent Auditors, the fiscal council members unanimously opine that the Financial Statements and corresponding Explanatory Notes and the Annual Management Report, relative to the fiscal year ended on December 31, 2022, are adequately presented and in conditions for being examined by the Company's shareholders when the Annual Shareholders' Meeting is held.
