Sports Desk, Apr 27 (EFE).- Burnley kept their chances of avoiding relegation alive with a chaotic 1-1 draw against Manchester United at Old Trafford.

Burnley missed a host of chances against United - who were typically wide open in defense and wasteful in attack - with Andre Onana making a number of last-gasp saves.

But it was Onana who handed Burnley a lifeline when the VAR ruled he had fouled Zeki Amdouni, who stepped up to convert the penalty.

Manchester United had taken the lead on 79 minutes after Antony seized on a loose pass.

The draw leaves Burnley two points from safety, although 17th placed Nottingham Forest, who host Manchester City on Sunday, have a game in hand.

United are sixth, one point ahead of Newcastle. EFE
