Changji State-owned Assets Investment Operating Co., Ltd. won an auction to acquire additional 5.36% stake in Maiquer Group Co.,Ltd (SZSE:002719) on January 30, 2021.
Changji State-owned Assets Investment Operating Co., Ltd. completed the acquisition of additional 5.36% stake in Maiquer Group Co.,Ltd (SZSE:002719) on February 8, 2021. After the transfer, the shares held by Changji State-owned Assets Investment Operating Co., Ltd. Increased from 5,161,772 shares to 14,491,612 shares, stake increased from 2.96% to 8.32%. The shares auctioned by the Shenzhen Intermediate People’s Court completed the transfer procedures on February 8.
