Macquarie Korea Infrastructure Fund ("MKIF") hereby notices the convening of the annual general meeting of shareholders (the "AGM") as below.

   • Appointment of Ms. Tae-Yeon Nam as MKIF's Supervisory Director

3. • The record date for the exercise of voting rights at the AGM is 31 December 2021.
   • The Board of Directors of MKIF approved the adoption of electronic voting system for the AGM.
   • For the AGM, MKIF will follow the COVID-19 related guidelines implemented by the local government and adopt various precautionary measures to protect the health and safety of attending shareholders. Please be aware that MKIF plans to take the following precautions for the AGM and kindly asks for support and understanding of shareholders.
   • 1. MKIF encourages shareholders to exercise voting rights in writing or electronically and not to attend in person.
     2. All attendees must wear masks and check their temperature before entering the venue. Persons with fever (37.5°C or higher) or other COVID-19 symptoms may be restricted from entry.
     3. As of 11 February 2022, corporates are required to adopt Vaccine Pass to their annual general meetings of shareholders as part of the social distancing measures implemented by the Korean government. MKIF plans to follow the guidelines under the social distancing measures that will be in effect as of the date of the AGM (25 March 2022).
     4. Gifts & refreshments will not be provided.
