The board of directors of Luxe Holdings Limited notified its shareholders that Mr. Mohamed Said Tinawi has resigned as an independent non-executive director and Chairman of the Board with effect from 20 February 2023. The Board will commence a process of identifying a suitable replacement and shareholders will be advised as soon as the appointment of the new Board chairperson has been made.
