THE STOCK EXCHANGE OF HONG KONG LIMITED US$100.0 MILLION 4.25% SENIOR NOTES DUE 2024 (the ''Notes'', Stock Code: 40385)

Application has been made to The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited for the listing of, and permission to deal in, the Notes by way of debt issuances to professional investors (as defined in Chapter 37 of the Rules Governing the Listing of Securities on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited and in the Securities and Futures Ordinance (Cap. 571 of the Laws of Hong Kong)) only as described in the offering memorandum relating thereto dated 14 September 2020. Permission for the listing of, and dealing in, the Notes is expected to become effective on 18 September 2020.
