Lingbao Gold Group Co Ltd is a China-based company principally engaged in mining, processing, smelting and sales of gold and other metallic products. The Company operates through four segments. The Mining - People's Republic of China (PRC) segment is principally engaged in gold mining and mineral ores processing operations in the PRC. The Mining - Kyrgyzstan (KR) segment is mainly engaged in gold mining and mineral ores processing operations in Kyrgyzstan. The Smelting segment is mainly engaged in the gold and other metal smelting and refinery business. The Retailing segment is principally engaged in the gold and other jewellery retailing operations. The Company mainly conducts its businesses in domestic and overseas markets.
