CLARIFICATION ANNOUNCEMENT

RELATING TO THE BIOGRAPHY OF EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

Reference is made to the announcement of Lingbao Gold Group Company Ltd. (the "Company") dated 15 November 2019 (the "Announcement") in relation to the appointment of Mr. Zeng Xiangxin (''Mr. Zeng'') as an executive director of the Company with effect from 15 November 2019, where it was mentioned that save as disclosed in the Announcement, Mr. Zeng did not hold any directorship in other listed companies in the past three years.

The board of directors of the Company (the "Board") would like to clarify that, in addition to the biography disclosed in the Announcement, Mr. Zeng was approved to act as a non-executive director of Bank of Tianjin Co., Ltd., a listed company on the Main Board of the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited (stock code: 1578), with effect from 29 July 2016 until 15 June 2018.

Save for the clarification stated in this announcement, all other information in the Announcement remains unchanged.
